Skechers Plus is a loyalty program through which members can earn points and redeem them for reward certificates and other offers. Skechers Plus members will also receive the benefits listed below, with more benefits to unlock as they become Silver tier and Gold tier members.

You can earn points in two ways:

  • By making a qualified purchase at Skechers.ca
  • Engage with Skechers Plus digitally by answering surveys, participating in quizzes, and much more! Access these opportunities in your Skechers plus account online

Members can redeem their points in 1,000 point increments for a $5 reward certificate that can be applied to a purchases made on skechers.ca. Reward certificates are promotional in nature.

Tier qualification is based on total spend in the calendar year (January 1st - December 31st). To qualify for Silver tier, members must spend $175 and to qualify for Gold tier, members must spend $350.

Yes, you have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to submit a missing points request and be credited. To submit a missing points request, email customer care at [email protected]. Please provide a copy of the order confirmation. 


Please note, members must wait 24-72 hours after the shipping date to submit a missing points request.
